If you are not completely satisfied with an ElegantBabyGifts purchase or gift for any reason, please call (1-800-827-0392) or email service@elegantbabygifts.com to reach customer service for an exchange, or replacement.
Personalized gifts may not be returned.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase and require a Return Authorization number. Please call 1-800-827-0392 to obtain a RA#.
Just wrap the gift in its original packaging (if possible) and follow these simple steps:
1. For your security please return your gift with an insured carrier. (e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit.
